The Church Hall

The St Thomas’s Church Hall in Kawakawa is available to hire for just $30 per hour and is an ideal venue for family celebrations, wedding receptions, wakes, children’s birthday parties, or community events such as meetings, yoga classes, music rehearsals, art classes, coffee groups, book clubs, and more.

The light and airy space is flexible for small or large gatherings. It is well equipped with multiple folding tables and many comfortable padded stacking chairs.

The large kitchen has all the necessary facilities as well as plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses, and tablecloths and is ideal for preparing, cooking and serving food.

Two sets of double French doors on two sides of the building open onto wraparound decks, creating a bright, open atmosphere. The hall has multiple bathroom facilities, including a large disabled toilet, ensuring comfort for all guests.

With ample off-street parking available for more than 20 cars, the location is both convenient and practical.
